Mass Program

The Mass is quite simply the highest form of prayer. It is a re-presentation of Jesus’ sacrifice on Calvary. In it the Beloved Son offers himself to his heavenly Father in expiation for the sins of mankind. One single Mass has more value than all the good works of men, because the Eucharistic celebration is the work of God himself. Attending Mass and worthily receiving Communion are among the most glorious acts a person can do.

Legion of Christ priests celebrate the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass daily for the needs of the Catholic Church and for all those who have asked for a place in our prayers. Stipends for the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass support our Legionary priests and our seminarians in Cheshire, CT.
